Gragnano Spaghettoni I.G.P. eko
Alce Nero Gragnano spaghettoni, a thick version of spaghetti, is made from traditional varieties of organic Italian durum wheat, including Senatore Cappelli and Saragolla, and holds the prestigious Protected Geographical Indication certification (I.G.P.). It’s crafted using an artisanal process that includes a rough extrusion process through bronze dies and is then left to dry slowly at low temperatures.
