Blåbär marmelad eko

Alce Nero organic blueberry preserve is made with over 100% fruit (per 100 grams of finished product), and it’s free of pectin. The vacuum-pan method involves low temperatures and extremely short cooking times, which leave the aroma, scent, and flavour of the blueberry essentially intact. Discover its flavour at breakfast or as a snack. It’s outstanding on toast, pancakes and over yoghurt, and it’s great in sweet recipes.
