Ekologiska durum spaghetti
Alce Nero organic durum wheat spaghetti is made using exclusively organic durum wheat which is grown in Italy. The varieties planted, which include Senatore Cappelli, Simeto, and Quadrato durum wheat, together with the meticulous production process and the dough, which utilises spring water sourced from the Dolomites, create a pasta with unmistakeable flavour.
